# FreeCAD plugin for tumbler

Tumbler is a rather new thumbnailing system developed by the people at
[xfce](http://www.xfce.org). It is used by
[thunar](http://thunar.xfce.org/) and
[marlinn](http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2011/11/how-to-install-marlin-file-browser-in-ubuntu-11-10/)
file managers. I just made a plugin for tumbler that allows it to
display thumbnails for [FreeCAD](http://free-cad.sf.net) files (provided
you enabled thumbnails in the FreeCAD preferences).

I plan to include this in the FreeCAD sources or the tumbler sources,
depending if the xfce devs find it useful
